Once a project has been initiated and work has started, refunds will generally not be provided because time, effort, and resources have already been invested into the project.

- The project has not yet been started
- Payment was made by mistake or duplicate transaction
- Webhire is unable to deliver the agreed service

4. Partial Refunds

- A project is cancelled early in the development process
- Only a small portion of the agreed work has been completed
Any approved refund amount will be calculated based on the work already completed.

6. Third-Party Costs
Webhire is not responsible for refunds related to third-party services, including but not limited to:

- Hosting services
- Software subscriptions

- Payment gateway fees

If a refund request is approved, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed depending on the payment method used.
